Close to everything but even though the clubs are 1/2 block away it wasn't as loud as I expected. Beach is close but is extremely eroded so theres really no where to enjoy the beach without taking a cab and paying for a beach club set up. The hotel looks nice from the outside but is in serious disrepair in the rooms. Walls have mold on them that is continuously painted over and there's paint splatter all over the floors & furnishings. Bathroom scum on every surface, mini fridge is rusted & severely beat up & runs very loud all night, they had no table for the fridge so I had to use a chair. lighting is horrible, flicking lights most of the time. The bed is hard as the floors and bottom sheet will not stay on at night when using it. I wasn't given the King bedroom I paid for, was givin a double bed & twin and nothing else was available. This place was disgusting and I in no way will ever return.

It was a great stay on budget. Right beside the clubs, restaurants, and market. 3 mins walking distnace to the beach. The front desk staff were super nice. The check in was very quick and so was the check out. Also, the housekeeping found our beach clothes in the bathroom and handed over wihin 2 mins while we were checking out. I'd love to stay again next time.

It’s great if your main goal is to party till 2 am everyday. Would not recommend if you have kids as it is extremely loud they’re 3 clubs just one building next to the hotel. Important to know.

This is a cute little boutique hotel. The staff is extremely friendly & professional. The rooms are cozy, clean & has all the essentials. I was very happy with the services I received. The location is great & easily accessible (within walking distance) to all the shops & restaurants. Great value for the money.

This is a great hotel if you like to party for free! You will have access to loud music until 3 or 4 AM from the bars around the corner. I got the room on the roof, the stairs were in very bad condition. I wonder why the hotel advertised that they have a swimming pool when they really have a sink...

The staff at the front desk was very accommodating very nice. Change the beds daily. The staff very accommodating to your needs. This is a hotel for couples only who love night life not for family with children music at a near bar lounge is blasting too loud not able to get a good night sleep. The beach is about two or three blocks for the hotel. A Great place to have breakfast n great sandwiches is at Les Amis inexpensive go see Tony the owner. I did enjoy my stay n staff very helpful to accommodate me for another 2 days. Best wishes Vida

Noisy, falling apart, shower sprayed entire bathroom, sink smelled like sewerage, mattresses hard, we were told not to leave stains on towels or sheets (who tells guests that?) or we will get a fine. Overall very disappointing.

I only stayed for 1 one night even though I booked for a whole weekend, this place was extremely loud all night till 2am. The tv sucked, i found a cockroach in the bathroom & there’s absolutely no smoking allowed. Staff was great tho!!!! I really enjoyed talking with the front desk girl in the morning shift

We arrived early but they had luggage storage free of charge b Room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. I booked a room with a King and a twin. The king bed was comfortable but the twin was just a sofa with some sheets that we had to put on. Nit very comfortable for a 6 foot man.

Don’t go there if you want to rest and sleep . The nightclubs are behind the rooms . It doesn’t stop u til 2 am . The pool was suppose to be able to swim in . When we got there they decided to empty it and do maintenance on it . So we were unable to use it the time we stayed . The location was good near the 5 th Avenue . Staff were lovely .

Overpriced
I paid over $80 US a night to stay here. Unfortunately I was booked for 2 weeks. (The pictures are very misleading.) The first week was without hot water and noise so loud from the 5 open air dance clubs on the corner that the walls shook--every night until 2AM. The 2nd week was to a room with a bed only slightly softer than the floor, and internet that went off every 3-4 minutes. Don't stay here!
