The staff is super nice, everyone was really warm and offered suggestions, we truly felt taken care of, Celestino and Roberto at Kicks and Cocotal were super nice as our waiters. And Emmanuel and Santiago our concierges were incredibly helpful when booking all our activities!

3 star resort at best
Overall the resort was ok, was unimpressed by the food quality considering its “gourmet inclusive” slogan. The staff was very friendly but too few, in both restaurants and pool areas and had long waits for drinks and table service. Made reservations with concierge in person for the culinary theater (they would not let you do this over the phone since they were trying to sell their membership and wanted to book the 1 hour tour), only to arrive at the restaurant and have our host say the reservation had been cancelled...we were finally seated behind the fountain that blocked our view of the stage and the show was mediocre at best. Overall, our stay was just OK, due to the resort being overpriced and over promising.

El servicio es excelente, el personal muy atento, los cuartos estan un poco viejos, podrian mejorar la limpieza, en la playa pusieron unos como rompe olas en forna de piramides los cuales le quitab completamente la vista al mar, siendo un mar tan bonito no quieres ver esas estructuras ademas de ser peligroso si nadas. La comida mucha variedad, muy rico, lo que mas destacaría sería la atención del personal, opciones de restaurantes

Me encanto el servicio por parte del personal, siempre muy atentos. Me parecio excelente que haya un starbucks dentro de las instalaciones, sin embargo me defraudo ya que cuando entre a comprar no habia nada no estaba surtida. No habia mufins, paninis, perriers, etc. Otro de los detalles del starbucks es que cierra temprano ( como a las 6pm). En el bar de lobby no estaba muy surtido y las pocas bebidas que habian eran de nivel medio para abajo. Por cierto como cierra temprano el starbuck pues vas al bar de lobby por un cafe y que creen que no hay cafe. No puede ser que no haya cafe. En fin esta fue mi segunda visita (la primera fue en 2015) y si veo una gran diferencia y creo yo que el hotel bajo su calidad en bebidas y alimentos.

Excelente calidad de alimentos, todo delicioso. Servicio del personal y atención de 10, siempre buscando que tu experiencia sea única. Una perfecta opción para comer delicioso todos los días y relajarte. En el restaurante italiano los alimentos exquisitos al igual que la amable y excelente atención del mesero Eleazar. En el bar martinis excelente trato de Jorge. Los conciarge Jonas e Ivan súper atentos y amables. Definitivamente nos encantaría volver!!

Servicio de la agencia y hotel .
La agencia no pago en tiempo al hotel la reserva pagada a la agencia de manera anticipada , lo cual para el cliente debe ser una situación transparente . El hotel y la agencia deben solucionar sin molestar al cliente . Me pase la mitad de la estancia tratando de resolver esto debido a que el gerente me marcó temprano en el 2do o 3er día de mi estancia para que pasara a pagar inmediato . Cuando deben validar eso desde que uno llega , es decir, no hizo su trabajo la recepcionista que me atendió desde que llegue , de validar todo lo relacionado a mi estancia , por el contrario el gerente prefirió molestar al huésped sin importar su descanso . Finalmente se resolvió , fueron problemas con la agencia de viajes . Por otro lado un gerente de un restaunt llamado cocotal se portó grosero , cuando yo solo cuestioné cómo hacer una reserva en una cena de un día especial como era el 31 dic. a lo que respondió que si no soy huésped exótic o adquiero una botella no es posible reservar . Me he hospedado más de 5 ocasiones en su Cadena de hoteles , no soy cliente exótic , pero pago un precio todo incluido , y la atención de reservar una cena la tiene cualquiera por el hecho de pagar . El señor está mal en su actitud . Así no se vende . Finalmente hice mi reserva por medio de Otra señorita . Lo mejor del hotel es el servicio de spa , gracias a Malena por su atención y apoyo . Y a Fabiola , la concierge asignada .

Excelente hotel todo incluido en la Riviera maya
Excelente servicio el que recibí de parte del staff del hotel, desde el Bellboy hasta el concierge, se preocuparon mucho para poder hacernos una excelente estancia, tuve un mínimo detalle pero ellos lo solucionaron de inmediato y nos hicieron pasar una estancia espectacular. la comida es de clase gourmet que sobre paso mis expectativas, los restaurantes de primer nivel y nos encantaron los shows y amenidades. no olviden acudir a la experiencia del show del restaurante Fuentes.

Muy buen hotel en la Riviera Maya
Es una excelente opción de hotel todo incluido en la Riviera Maya. Ya que cuentan con un todo incluido Gourmet. Lo cual si los diferencia de otros complejos. La atención del staff es muy bueno y el concepto de las instalaciones también. A pesar que es muy grande el complejo es fácil llegar a todos los lugares. Me tocó un poco de sargazo, pero eso no opaco el servicio del hotel.

Muy buen hotel. Ambiente relax sin niños.
Muy buen hotel. En marzo que estuve es temporada de zargaso, pero es por la naturaleza y es inevitable. Muy buen concepto, relajante, sin niños. Parte del concepto es el transporte para huespedes con carritos de golf así que es conveniente para todo tipo de edades. Si el objetivo es relajarse, sin pensarlo un adults only es la opción. Si lo que se busca es más actividad y diversión, puede tornarse un poco monótono al paso de varios días. Yo fui por un fin de semana largo y no tengo quejas. Las habitaciones tuvieron unos detalles en las llaves del baño pero lo arreglaron instantes después de mi llamada. La amabilidad del personal es extraordinaria. Es para adultos maduros; lunamieleros, parejas con años de casados, vacaciones familiares de adultos; no universitarios tipo spring breakers, quienes no lo frecuentan porque no hay ambiente de fiesta juvenil.

Excelente estancia en todos los aspectos, excepto detalles que no son relevantes ya que es difícil alcanzar la perfección, quizás señalar que para quienes gustan disfrutar de meterse al mar no es recomendable la playa tiene algas y el oleaje es fuerte por lo demás es un hermoso resort, mi esposa y yo pasamos una estancia muy agradable el paseo de playa frente al complejo que se extiende hasta casitas Royale muy bello, sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahi
