Avoid at All Costs—Health Hazard and Scam Central
This is the worst place I’ve stayed in 30 years of traveling to 50 countries. The location is misleading—the actual building isn’t where it’s listed on Google Maps. We were stuck in 201N, directly above a noisy street where trucks and buses kept us awake all night. The mattress was as comfortable as a slab of concrete.
The bathroom is a mold-infested disaster, with black mold everywhere. I left with an ear infection from sleeping on their filthy bed, and I’m still dealing with hearing loss and ringing in my ears. The kitchen is unusable—no appliances, no utensils, and filth everywhere. Clean towels or sheets? Only if you pay $60, and the “complimentary cleaning” doesn’t actually clean anything. Worse, they rummaged through my partner’s purse and left fresh bloodstains on the floor.
The plumbing is horrendous—showers barely trickle water, and the toilets don’t flush. When you complain, they hand you a plunger and walk away.
To top it off, the concierge confirmed they had my laptop charger but refused to answer calls or messages when my driver arrived to pick it up. Clearly, they stole it.
Avoid this nightmare. It’s unsafe, unsanitary, and staffed by thieves. Stay anywhere else.
