"What a great value, an amazing host and a location that wont disappoint! Megan is an absolute pro. She treated us like family. Gave us a bunch of great suggestions for food, tours and local tips and advice. Megan was very quick to respond, followed up and went out of her way to make sure we had a great time! "Pros: Kind, responsive property managers, close to beach and local food nearby. Cons: Roaches. I was beyond mortified to have had my leftovers in a to-go box in the refrigerator and upon opening to Re-heat a cockroach about 1 1/2 - 2 inches long scurried out!!! Everything we had, that we’d opened we threw out. Upon leaving the room, at about 3:45a we were packing and cleaning our dishes and saw again baby roaches rushing to hide into the walls which confirmed there are roaches in the unit....

"The Green Iguana is amazing! The location is perfect right in the middle of everything and easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, grocery stores and liquor stores. The entry to the alley is a little sketchy at certain times of the evening/night, but no one ever bothered us. "My family stayed at the property and had a wonderful time. Arturo and Maribel are the caretakers and are some of the nicest people you could ever meet. "The house is truly immaculate. We had 18 people who stayed and felt like we had plenty of space (there is only bed space for 19 total). The property manager was very communicative and helped us book several of our activities, which was a huge help. They were very accommodating to all of our needs! The only thing future travelers should note is that you really need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to get up to the house. The driveway is narrow and steep with just two lanes of pavement for the car tires....

"This place is so cool! It is nestled on a hillside with beautiful views of the beach which is walking distance away. The decks are amazing with a pool, hot tub, chairs, grill, and hammocks. Had a great time playing in the waves on the beach. Also walked up the hill to a cool overlook area with an unfinished building that was very interesting. We only stayed two nights and wished we could stay longer."

"If you are a large family this is a great place. Great views from patio close to beaches, town and all the activities you want without a 3hr drive. Natalia was so easy to work with. We used her to book all our activities and she did not disappoint. They all where awesome and worth the money. Highly recommend the Chef service. Can’t say enough! Food was amazing and no cleaning for a fam of 17 worth every dime!"
