"The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful but the room service doesn’t always respect the do not disturb sign and will not only walk in (more than once) whether you’re still in bed or in the shower but will insist to ask to clean the room even when you say no. Here’s why: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is beachfront, located on what we believe is the best beach in Crete. Free parking was available, and the rooms were clean. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by numerous taverns, making it convenient to explore local cuisine. The hotel met all of our expectations in terms of quality, making it well worth the price.
