"This is a good property for the proximity of the surrounding area beaches and attractions. My family and I (and our little doggy) enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, had AC throughout and looks like the pictures. The unit was on the third floor but we didn’t find the stairs to be too much. The condo community is quiet and felt very safe and had ample parking. We even met the neighbors and they were very nice and gave good recommendations for food. The outside terrace has a beautiful view but...

"Secured. The pool area was not usable, no chairs, no towels, no air conditioning in the living area. Windows had no screens to keep mosquitoes out. But it was very comfortable to stay in plenty of room."

"Cons:1. We could not enter the property and the owner didn’t reach out until 3 hrs later. Thanks to a Good Samaritan we were able to enter. 2. After having a nice stay, we were shocked to be accused of disconnecting a camera that we had no knowledge nor the location of the plugs described. The owner attempted to collected and additional 100 which VRBO waived. 3. Communication was at times slow and sometime defensive.Pros: 1. Beautifully decorated. 2. Well stocked 3. Great location"

"My sister and I visited this property for about a week recently. We were familiar with the area as our parents wintered there in the 1990's. The development is still very well kept with beautiful tropical plantings throughout. Each area of the property has an adult and kiddie pool. Our rental was in a condo building, was a 2-bedroom unit, and was very clean and nicely decorated. We had a couple of questions initially and our hot water was out.
