"Definitely get the rooms with a balcony view of the harbour. It was lovely to sit there and take in the scene. Comfortable bed, good working AC and clean room. Also walkable to everything you want to see in town. "

"Very clean room. Near bus station. If you want to take a bus out of town, it's right next to the property. Very convenient to take airport bus to and from airport. Walkable distant to old town and harbour and Chalidon street. Quiet at night. Can rest well after day out. Reasonable pricing. Friendly staff. "

"We were disappointed in the beach and surrounding facilities. It is an extremely large area so other parts of the beach may be different. There was only one beach bar at night that only served frozen pizza, so unless you did a big drive it was very limited. We didn’t want to drive up the steep roads again. The hotel is very clean but basic. It’s lovely to hear the sea at night with the doors open! "

"We stayed in the White room, which was simple and gorgeous, we had a super king size bed and fresh white sheets. Towels and sheets were changed regularly and the complimentary toiletries were very good quality products. On arrival there was a complimentary bottle of wine and sweets to share. "The property itself was fine. The property manager left without giving us any way into the property. I had messaged her that our flight was delayed. She didn’t seem to understand that people traveling don’t have constant access to data. We got there and there was no one there and no one at the office or any note for us. Only by dumb luck did we find someone on the street who knew her and called her or we would have been sleeping on the street. Was a very stressful experience after a long day of...

"One block from all the action in Old Venetian Harbour! Central air conditioning was very welcome. Close to all amenities like groceries, shops, cafés, bars restaurants. Area is quite “lively” at night during our stay. We could hear patrons of the many nearby bars and restaurants… didn’t bother us at all. Shower was lovely. Bathroom and half bath were appreciated by 4 adults! Beds were comfortable, no complaints!"

"Casa Delfino is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the old city. Convent to walking, dining and shopping. We stayed at the hotel in November, during the off season and so it was quieter. Breakfast was spectacular and the staff were fabulous. "

"Property was clean, modern, and safe with nice view of water. Welcome beverage was an unexpected treat. Warm breakfast buffet was good. My only complaint would be the limited parking with no signage. The congested area is very convenient to the waterfront dining. Great hotel despite limited parrking. "

"George the the bellhop was extremely helpful , friendly, and gave us some recommendations on our route to see a few of the closest beaches. The hotels in a great location close to the port with plenty of really good food. Options parking was very convenient and breakfast was really delicious. Would stay again."

"The hotel itself is lovely and has beautiful amenities. The transport every 30 minutes to downtown Chania is a wonderful add-on, and the front desk people were all professional and had amazing service. My partner stayed here last year and this year again, and likely we will be staying next year "

"Location of sublime! Tons of restaurants nearby, really good ones too. Lots of shopping as well. Breakfast buffet was very impressive, top quality and exceptional. My only issue was that the room was very small and more suitable for one person, not two. Otherwise, an excellent option. Private parking as well which we appreciated."
