"Great location for exploring Boston - easy to get in and out, near a parking garage. Staff were attentive, hotel is clean, the room is a nice size and we had a nice little balcony view of downtown Boston, which was beautiful at night. Would recommend and would return"

"The property was GREAT in that it was a block from MGH where my husband was having surgery. It also had a CVS and Whole Foods VERY close which was nice. The front desk was awesome as were the bartenders in the lobby bar. There is a tremendous amount of construction across the street so it was very loud."

"When I was checking in, the lady at the desk paid more attention to the man beside me than me and could not find my reservation. She kept asking for a code from the airline which was the man's situation, not mine. After a long bumpy flight and just missing the hotel shuttle to wait out in the cold for another 30 minutes, it was not the check in that I had hopped for. I forgot to request the shuttle back to the airport and she didn't ask, knowing that I had just arrived by shuttle. The...
