Located just steps away from the beautiful Parc National de Plaisance, you can enjoy nature with over 40 km of cycling and hiking trails!

Due to its proximity to the Ottawa River, you'll have a water view throughout your stay, both from inside and outside the chalet!

On the porch, you'll have an unobstructed view of the sunrises and sunsets over the river. An ideal place to step out, breathe the fresh air, and enjoy your coffee wrapped in a cozy blanket. The well-deserved comfort!

The property is private and offers you several acres of tranquility with various spots on-site to relax; rocking chairs, picnic tables, hammock, and Adirondack chairs.

The waterfront is reserved exclusively for you! An ideal place for fishing, enjoying swims, canoeing, paddleboarding, and kayaking.

Our chalet was completely renovated in the summer of 2023 to provide you with a unique experience. All the furniture, kitchen, and bedding (mattresses, sheets, and pillows) are new and clean to ensure your comfort.

The Spot Caché can accommodate up to 8 people with its 3 queen-sized bedrooms and a comfortable queen-sized sofa bed with memory foam. Each room has its unique decor and style, as well as storage space for your luggage. The sheets and pillows are of hotel quality.

Our kitchen is functional and equipped with all the necessary amenities to enjoy good company. We also have a dishwasher with detergent to make your life easier.

Enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace located in the common area of the chalet, perfect for warming your soul! Experience aromatherapy with our essential oils ritual. Aromatherapy has been used since antiquity to naturally relieve everyday ailments such as fatigue, muscle pain, or stress.

For evenings with friends or family, we offer board games in the living room. Perfect for creating memorable nights!

In Summer (from May 1st to September 30th):

Provided water sports: 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, and 2 paddleboards
Life jackets are not provided.

Fishing enthusiasts:
You will have access to our private dock on the water to moor your boat. The nearest boat launch ramp is at 98 Rue Henri Bourassa, Papineauville, QC J0V 1R0. More than 80 types of fish populate the waters of this river. The best catches include bass (smallmouth and largemouth), pike, muskie, black walleye, and yellow walleye.

In Winter (from December 15th to March 30th):

The property covers several acres, a true winter delight for snowshoeing enthusiasts.

The Spot Caché chalet is only 8 minutes from Parc National de Plaisance. Take advantage of it to explore the snowshoeing trails.

Additionally, there are several snowmobile trails nearby.
