"I cannot emphasise enough how incredible this hotel’s location is—it’s genuinely unmatched. Its right in the heart of old town, it sits directly on a picturesque cobblestone street, with the famous cathedral just to the right and old town streets to the left. It doesn’t get more central or atmospheric than this. The hotel itself is stunning. The interiors is luxurious, and every detail has clearly been thought through. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast: not only is there a delicious selection of Spanish items (fresh pastries and local sausages), but they also offer a made-to-order à la carte hot food menu. the breakfast alone was worth the stay. From the moment I booked, the service stood out. The hotel reached out to me via WhatsApp to coordinate my arrival and kept in constant contact, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. A special mention must go to Victor at reception—he was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room was well-equipped, with a complimentary minibar that included a 2L bottle of water and several other drinks. The courtyard was a charming, peaceful retreat with a small pool that’s perfect for cooling off and relaxing. Every element—from the aesthetic to the amenities—was spot-on. What truly sealed the deal for me was the flexibility and thoughtfulness: the hotel let me keep my room until 8 p.m. for a ridiculously reasonable price, which made my departure day so much more comfortable. "

"The property was conveniently close to public parking. Damian was very helpful with restaurant, supermarket and beach recommendations, and waited for my arrival to the hotel despite my flight delays. The hotel provided beach towels, beach umbrellas, an esky and picnic cutlery/plates, free tea/coffee/water, and the little chocolates in the lobby/entrance of the hotel were a nice touch. Overall a 10/10 stay!"

"Pros: - Location is amazing, very central but still quiet. - Friendly welcome by the staff. - Honesty bar was a cool feature. - Very clean throughout. - Staff made us breakfasts to take away as we were leaving early to explore / catch a flight. Cons: - Our room was in the loft with low ceilings and felt quite claustrophobic. The window also looks out onto a white wall, feels quite closed in. - For the level of hotel, we would expect the bottled water in the room to be replaced daily. - Reception is left unmanned quite often - if you need anything early or late, it’s a little annoying. For example, we asked for an ironing board through WhatsApp before 6pm and didn’t get a response until the morning (they were very apologetic but feels like you are left on your own). - Frustrating breakfast booking system is very rigid for the size of the hotel - three allocated times, you can’t just turn up."

"We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. At first we booked room with a city view but once we arrived were delighted we were able to upgrade to a sea facing room. It was convenient to walk to the city centre, bus services and a supermarket. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. Enjoyed eating on the balcony. "
