The Space:
Traditional Pittsburgh House in a Traditional Pittsburgh Neighborhood. The Southside slopes is a very "hilly" neighborhood. If there is inclement winter weather an all drive vehicle is recommended. This house is on 3 levels and the parking pad is up and additional set of stairs. You must be able to access stairs.
Guest Access:
This is a great house! You have the full house, no shared spaces and private entry using your unique code in the digital smart lock. Please note this house is 3 levels, you must be able to climb two flights of stairs. From the parking pad to the house there are 2 flights of stairs.
The Neighborhood:
South Side Slopes is a neighborhood in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania's South Side area. The neighborhood comprises the hills from the South Side Flats neighborhood along the Monongahela River from the Liberty Bridge (west) to beyond Josephine Street (east).
In many parts of the South Side Slopes, homes offer panoramic views of the city skyline that span the distance from beyond McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania, to Homestead, Pennsylvania. Many homes are perched well above the city skyline. This neighborhood provides access to the South Side Flats by various means, including the many public staircases.
Getting Around:
There are many hills in the Southside slopes neighborhood. In inclement winter weather an all wheel drive vehicle is recommended. Easy access to the Southside flats Dining and Entertainment district and all other neighborhoods in Pittsburgh including hospitals and local colleges.
Interaction with Guests:
Although I give my guests their space and privacy, I am always available should they need anything.
