Great Place to Stay Due to Great Location and Excellent Service
Had great stay at this Evolve home. Place is in great location near Walnut Street. Evolve was helpful when I had questions, plus when I needed something to make my stay better, e.g., like more towels and shower soap and shampoo.

The property was great. Nice back yard. Close to restaurants, bars, and shops. Clean neighborhood with no noise to bother you. Owner was very informative and easy to contact with. No problems.

The property was easy to access and nearby to our son who we were visiting. The beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The bagel place was right across the street. We highly recommend the Leige waffles and ice cream at “Treat” around the corner.

Great location!
Such a nice, CLEAN VRBO. Location can’t be beat, so close to everything in Shadyside. University of Pittsburgh was a quick drive. Property manager was easy to communicate with and on top of everything. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. When staying with dogs it is good to note that there is no grass in the yard or close by to take them out easily. The gate on the back yard fence does not latch so you can’t let dogs loose in the yard safely to play. Otherwise the apartment is exactly how it is described.

Great location and perfect for our family visiting our daughter at CMU. Well appointed and cared for. We loved walking out the door and having all the Walnut St amenities right there. I wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the cute deck and fire pit! Would definitely stay here again!

Location was so nice to walk to shops and food on Walnut St. We had some great meals and found some nice shops. The unit itself was so comfortable and had everything we needed. We def appreciated having a parking spot too. The sheets were soft, beds were good, towels were thick. Provided nice touches like some snacks and some toiletries. Everything was super clean too! We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely upstairs apartment in the heart of Shadyside. Steps to Starbucks, bagels, ramen and shops. Convenient rear parking space. Confortable and roomy bedroom.

Nice place to stay outside of Pittsburgh to see museums, universities, nearby restaurants good
We enjoyed our stay in this property. Pretty quiet, parking in alley - no street parking mess, convenient area for basics and some shopping. Inside of property very clean!!! Low rating on cleaning only because garbage for both properties piled up on side of home for the whole week we were there. We hoped no critters came

So close to everything
Walkable to shadyside and a 7 min drive to wheel mill. All of the Pittsburgh colleges are also right there if you’re looking for a place to stay to do college tours. Pitt, Carnegie Mellon, Carlow and Chatham. Duquesne isn’t far either. Lots of cute pubs and restaurants!

We came in for PITT graduation. We had the upstairs unit that had been recently renovated. Beds were very comfortable. Spotless and close to everything. There is a kitchenette that is fully stocked with a microwave, Keurig and half size refrigerator.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable and great location
We came in for PITT graduation. It has Very comfortable beds, great location and is clean. I would definitely stay here again. The upstairs master bedroom doubles as a living room too- very large with a couch and additional seating. Next time I might rent the entire house. We had the upstairs unit. The downstairs unit has 3 beds and 2 bathrooms.

5 star stay. Was in town for a work trip. Rental is in a perfect location - steps away from restaurants, nightlife, and retail. Check in was super easy and the place was spotless and exactly what I needed. Will be staying here again.
