"It was a great place. Minus the little miscommunication there was with the romance pack being set up when we first arrived but the manager was nice enough to refund what I had paid extra for it and still set it up the following day while we were out of town. All in all my wife and I enjoyed ourselves very much."

"Had originally booked the weekend at one of the domes and the day before we check-in the office reached out and said the water lines to the domes had froze due to the winter storm coming and offered to put my family up in their event lodge or reschedule our vacation. We chose to take the lodge and so glad we did! It had more then enough room and the staff checked-in daily to make sure everyone was ok and had everything we needed. "We really enjoyed our stay and glamping experience. The entry instructions were easy to follow and it was a little bit magical walking down to the tent for the first time. Everything was perfect and very clean, even for my clean freak husband. We stayed with our 3 year old who was very excited to find games and toys for him to play with. "Location was beautiful and very clean. Host checked on us several times and are helpful and friendly. The drive to location is rugged. 4WD recommended. Bathroom is 25 mins away just fyi. WiFi was non existent but we didn’t mind. There is a dusk to dawn light that shines in your tent no matter where you put the tent but it was great for cooking and hanging out. No issues with critters either. They also have a nice grill available if you bring the propane. Overall, it was a nice trip! "

"The tent was beautiful and cozy and it had touches of luxury that made it a unique and memorable experience. The hosts were responsive when we had questions. Wears valley is beautiful and peaceful. The only downsides were road noise and weather one night. A strong wind advisory had us nervous but Copernicus held strong :) I feel like it would be more peace of mind if there were some weather evacuation locations and wind ratings posted somewhere for guests. "

"Got away to the Smokys for 3 days/nights with my wife and small child. We had a blast in the Smokys all day and it was absolutely amazing retreating to our canvas campsite. Perfect mix for me who could sleep outside and my wife who prefers a bed and a hot shower. The place and amenities were all great and the scenery around Wears Valley is incredible. "Cute camper in a cute campground on the lake. Definitely dated but the price was right and the outdoor screen porch with TV was amazing. The heater didn’t work but there were two space heaters that were sufficient for the size of the unit. The property manager did offer to send someone to fix it but I opted to have them do that after my stay. I also arrived to a note saying ‘kitchen sink is stopped up’. Great stay in Pigeon Forge

"We decided to take a long weekend getaway to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area and thought we'd give this hotel a try. So glad we did! The hotel is pretty new (November?) and was absolutely spotless. Our room was one of the biggest standard king room we've ever stayed in. It felt like a rental condo more than a hotel room. The furnishings were so nice that we were trying to figure out what brand they were! The bathroom was huge, with a wonderful rainfall shower. We personally thought the mattress was a bit too firm and the pillows were pretty flat, but the staff provided us with a mattress topper to help. This is also a personal preference thing, so I wouldn't call it a negative in general. The restaurant / bar onsite had great food, especially the chips and salsa/queso appetizer! Our drinks were a bit weak, which was ironic coming from a bar at a Margaritaville hotel, but they were all served quickly by very attentive wait staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel. In fact, we're planning to return this summer with our family to try out their lazy river!"
