"This is a lux stay for the money. Really beautiful entry and many stunning common rooms with pleasing scent throughout. The room was stylish and very comfortable. The parking works for small to medium vehicles. My only suggestion is that it would be nice to have more instruction upon arrival to the hotel with a vehicle. Driving in this tight part of old town Bruges is difficult if you don’t know exactly where the parking entrance is. Incidentallly it’s on the left side of the building before you pass the entrance and you press the intercom to announce your arrival."

"A modern, clean and spacious hotel. Our family room was fantastic, our daughter loved her bunk beds and the large cuddly toy animals left to play with. The hotel even left a rucksack and soft toy for our young son in his cot. Lovely bath, large comfy bed with TV in front. Really happy with the accommodation. Probably more of a business hotel than traditional family hotel, but the facilities were still great for kids and staff were very helpful to accommodate our young kids. There is a small play area with slide and climbing frame and my daughter especially enjoyed watching the chickens! The service could not have been better, hotel reception and restaurant staff helped to warm milk and meals for our children and gave helpful guidance for trips into the city. There is a large supermarket right next to the hotel built into the Gent football stadium which next door. Incredible location on a matchday. Worth noting that the hotel is a small distance from central Gent. We found it easy to reach by bus and tram (25 mins total). The hotel staff offered to arrange us taxis for approx $20. Driving was a little trickier due to the low emission zone in central Gent but again staff pointed us towards parking options. "

"The hotel was very nice and clean and its in the heart of Ghent. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I cut my finger during the holiday and one of the female staff went out of her way to get me some gloves to protect my finger so i can shower. The feel inside the hotel and in the reception area is very comfortable and they provide you with unlimited hot drinks during your stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Staff was clear and helpful. Gave good guidance to visiting Bruges. Access was easy to find following the GPS. Room was spacious and clean. It was also quiet although the hotel was pretty full. Bed was comfortable. No frills but still really well done. "
