"Super comfortable bed. Clean sheets and clean room. Large size room with space to put luggage. Bathroom was tired and dated with broken/loose grab rail and towel rail. We weren’t game to use the rail to assist with getting in and out of the bath/shower. Lots of traffic noise. We got free parking with our room which was great but parking station has very tight turns and is tricky to navigate in even a medium size car. "Had a two night stay in Sydney and was very fortunate to stay at the Holiday Inn Parramatta. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was just beautiful and comfy. This hotel is just so convenient in terms of location. 10mins walking distance to a huge Westfield and the train station - so great. "
