"Honestly, the photos do not do this place justice - it is much bigger and better! Our Hosts, John and Sam were very welcoming and useful guides. The place was clean, tidy and very relaxing, which is a must in these challenging times. Brilliant transport links to St Andrews and Dundee. Car parking is £1 for 24hours at Leuchars train station so this is handy for exploring Edinburgh and Glasgow. The accommodation was worth the money and we were delighted with our welcome pack. "Could not fault this flat in any way! Immaculate, and extremely well equipped flat. Everything at hand and equipment for eating in doors all available. Bathroom lovely and spacious and again appreciate the free toiletries. Lovely fluffy good quality towels. Bedroom very comfy and spacious!. Great storage for clothes and luggage. A little disappointed

"We were greeted by a charming young man called Luke at check in Our first night was disrupted by the fire alarm going off at 10pm … then we were wakened by a couple having a full on fight at 5am doors banging , shouting and sweating woke us up and then could not get back to sleep :0( However second night was excellent , we had a nice dinner at the bar area and the service was excellent . Not the peaceful weekend we expected ! "
