We received private tours to the volcano and waterfalls which are amazing. We got to see and feed some amazing animals. The guides are very knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The views from the room are breathtaking. The lodge is pricey but worth every bit of it. The food the atmosphere all the activities that they offer make this lodge a one of a kind. We spent two weeks and traveled from the Caribbean to the pacific and this was our most favorite place. Would definitely come back "
