"We absolutely loved this hotel and the amazing staff. The hotel is smart, the food is good, the cocktails were lovely and the rooms are clean and modern. The staff are so helpful and welcoming and accommodate every request. The only downside for us was that the bed was very hard but they did their best to rectify by fitting a mattress topper and supplying extra pillows. "Overall this was a disappointing experience for us considering the price we paid. We had issues with: - No privacy. Appartments all cramed in a small plot of land and people walked through our patio to go to their appartments. - Poor air-con, a very noisy machine which covered only the living room. "Amazing Property, even more AMAZING STAFF! We had a ferry issue and were not able to arrive as planned our first night, the staff helped us contact our rental car company and set us up for arrival the next day. They did not charge us for the first night (since we did not make it), which was so nice. The property is immaculant, our room.was spacious with a fabulous view. I cant reommend this property enough! We will be back!"
