The owner was in communication with us and was so very sweet about making sure we had everything we needed. A tornado had gone through less than a week prior to us arriving took down trees, boat house and dock but everything was cleaned up prior to our arrival. "The house was pretty. The kitchen renovation was very nice. The space was perfect for our group. We were there for a conference aNd weren’t at the home a lot but it has plenty of sleeping space. The house was not clean upon our arrival. The bathrooms were dirty, there was a broken window in the master bedroom that my husband tried to fix to keep closed. There was a vape left in one of the beds. None of the sheets were clean except the master bedroom. There was dog hair it looked like in clumps...

"Well maintained, and elevated style made this stay one to return too! The kids fished blue gill, bass, sunfish in stocked pond. Caught bait in the creek. Spacious bedrooms with upscale linens. We took full advantage of the hot tub and long naps in the swinging porch bed. The kitchen was well stocked for many meals cooked at home. Loved all the windows and listening to the creek. "We have been coming to Lake Guntersville for years and this was a favorite property of ours. The cabin was incredibly clean and had tons to do! Games for evenings, horseshoes, a fire pit and other things to do outside. Then a great dock with kayaks my kids played in for hours. Theowners thought of everything to make this house feel like home while you stay here!"

"We had a great time overall at this property. The house was clean except for a couple things. The porch and hottub area didn't have clean cushions so you didn't want to sit on some of the outdoor furniture. They tell you about the fishing but no poles to use. The ownee said they had some broken one's but we didnt see anything for fishing. The kayaks were not in the broken rack so they were full of water on the ground. "
