They allowed us to check in early, called taxis for us, and generally went out of their way to make sure we were treated well! Nothing is fancy at this facility, but everything was clean and we had all that was necessary. The area is quiet also. We would stay there again. "

"First of all I reserved 5-bedrooms with 5-bathrooms. When I checked in the person checking us in just opened 4-bedrooms and said that’s all we reserved. I had to show him my confirmation and argued the point with him. In the morning a man unlocked the front door and walked in stating this was a common area and he had all right to come in before check out. My family and I were very disappointed with this reservation. "

"The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia.. Generaly, resort in some kind of wood and looks pretty crippy..the most of apartments are pretty...
