"We were a group of 10 people and were very happy with the separate bedrooms and bedrooms that this house has. It was large and had plenty of room to spread out. It has a pool and spa but we didn’t use it as we didn’t want to pay a bunch extra to heat it. The area is quiet and safe. Overall a good place for housing my extended family."

I did leave five stars because it is minimal (nothing beyond) to what to expect for a vrbo stay I would recommend the host provide more paper towels and toilet paper. "We spent a week in this lovely home in Westlake Village and it’s so conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. It was such a surprise that the home was so well appointed and had everything we needed for our little ones. The kitchen has a wonderful array of dishes, pots and pans, making it convenient for cooking and entertaining. The homeowner, Colleen was very available for any of our questions .
