"My wife left this hotel in one hour after check-in, as soon as she saw the room. The room was dirty, air-conditioner didn't work etc. As a result, she had to find a new accommodation in Tallinn, late in night. The hotel was paid for 5 days, but according to Expedia agent answer, the property manager refused to make a refund and Expedia didn't refund us. DON'T BOOK AND DON'T CONSIDER THIS PLACE."

"They are far from everything. The facilities itself are good, but to gain access to the swimig pools, you have to pay 57 euros for a one-time , which lasts for about 5 hours. "The location was just perfect, 2 minute walk to the old town but quiet. The room was very cosy and comfortable and the breakfast had a good choice. The staff were really kind and helpful, especially a brunette with frizzy/curly hair who worked during breakfast; she gave us a little tour and history of the hotel and allowed us to use a normally locked room for breakfast one morning, always had a smile and happy to chat.
