"Had a fab stay in bungalow 69 Great location for our holiday plans We went out of school term so it was very quiet too... Very compact inside but it had everything we needed We didnt use the passes that were there or facilities for Hengar manor but a nice option if needed Only improving thing i would suggest is the bungalow number "69" is moved to a more prominent position as its tucked away high and not easy to see above a hugh bush too .. We loved our stay ❤️ Ty paula"

"The property itself was very nice - quite cozy with a well-appointed kitchen. We spent a ot of time in the sunroom enjoying either our morning coffee or our afternoon glass of wine! It could have used a few more lamps with working lightbulbs. We never did hear back from our host when we tried contacting her to obtain more bulbs so communication could be improved. Also don't plan a having a BBQ - the bottom had completely fallen out! Lastly, directions to locate the property could be improved....

"Based in an excellent location, close to amenities and beach. House perfect in every way - modern spacious and perfect for a large family group."

"This was a really nice property to stay in. Clean and comfortable and very central to Boscastle. Everything within walking distance and for those things that weren’t, we had a double parking space (one being in the garage and one outside). Outside we also had a terraced area with a picnic bench and our own lawn and benches. Highly recommended. "

"The property was spacious and clean with amazing views over the river however there were slight difficulties with the parking it is in a lay by round a bend on a busy Rd going past the property although the host advises parking outside to drop luggage off but this was not easy to do. The layby could do with a mirror opposite to see ongoing traffic as you drive in and out. The host was very helpful with any extra questions we had and we would stay here again. out"

"Gorgeous property with a very short distance to the beach and coastal walk. A lovely stay, huge terrace, looking over the sea and also views from the bedrooms were fantastic. A wonderful place to unwind and relax! Would definitely like to return. "

"We picked this property as we wanted to use it as a base to explore the immediate area as we are looking to relocate in the near future. We could not fault the property at all. "The cottage was about a 30 minute walk from the beach but not suitable for young children as it’s all country roads. It’s about a 5 minute drive which is great! The check in process was very simple and easy with great communication from the property hosts. The cottage had good facilities throughout as well as substantial space for parking. Bedding and bathroom were all clean and tidy apart from blankets on sofa were a bit sandy. The only aspects we would say weren’t as strong were safety /...
