"We stayed at this property for two nights in July 2024. Tahoe had been experiencing a heat wave, so I wanted to cancel a week before arriving. Karen (the owner) made it clear that wasn't allowed. This property doesn't have air conditioning and is very old and dated. In our particular townhouse the sink in the bathroom didn't drain well, upstairs floor is very noisy when walked on, rooms did get very warm and uncomfortable despite the 70 degree weather. The street noise was annoying as big trucks...

Past another glass door is the living area where you have an extensible queen sofa; posted picture gives a good coverage of this living room. A solid door from this living area takes you to a master...

"The facilities are a bit dated, but the location, view and staff make up for it. A nice place to stay for a short trip with family. Plenty of space and close to restaurants, lake and Heavenly."
