"We were welcomed with big smiles and fresh complimentary juices. Our room was upgraded without additional fees. Good variety of breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mendis & Sudish who work at Breeze Restaurant. The hotel and surroundings are very neat, also easy access to the beach. Near to seafood restaurants. Excellent service throughout the stay. Totally recommend!"

"Highly recommended!! The location is great, my room was spacious and well equipped, the food is plentiful and delicious and all the staff are happy, friendly and totally adorable!! If you're staying over Christmas/New Year, the extra effort with decorations and evening schedules is really lovely - the best I've experienced. "We stayed here on our honeymoon, and was expecting a little more hospitality to be honest couldn't even get a free drink out of them 😅. They do hound you a little in the mornings for room service so don't expect a lay in at this place! The food was really good, bar slightly over priced so all inclusive would be worth it if you intend to spend most of your time at the hotel. "This property is designed to take care of your every need. You have a personal butler who you work with for everything—dining, outside excursions, a drink by the pool—and they do an excellent job. Our butler was Menuka and he was wonderful, helpful, and kind. We stayed on the property for the most part and chose to do all of our meals there because we liked the food and the convenience. It is a very small property and quiet so if you are really interested in disconnecting, this is a good choice....

"This property is scam. Absolutely dirty, I don’t feel like recommending it. I want my money back. AC didn’t work, leaking water from AC vent. Dirty towel, spiders in bathrooms, broken taps We were 16 people, and our stay was horrible."

"The resort is the labor of love of Chamal the owner. 9 private and beautifully done villas set in the middle of nature. We had lunch and dinner everyday in the restaurant by the river. Loved the property, service was warm and friendly and seafood was superb. Great find!"

"We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The management needs to take feedback seriously without giving excuses for lapses."

"First of all it’s says on your website it is a hotel which is not there it is apartment building with date common areas There is no staff who can take my luggage there was no restaurant, no coffee shop, no tea or coffee in the room, no fridge in the room no hair dryer there is a long list which is missing Not happy at all Plus I couldn’t leave that place because it was 2am"
