Things were missing, like only one washcloth, but they did respond immediately when i told them that the shower was ridiculous, slippery and nothing to grab on to. the next day they provided several mats and one for the shower, so i wld say good response. the deck made everything livable. And we did have a great view of the monument."

"The property was exactly as described. It has all the amenities that you need, including a small gym and indoor swimming pool. It is a very nice and safe area in the heart of Mexico City. It is walking distance from the Zocalo, National Palace, Palacio National de Bellas Artes, and other great attractions. The property owner responds to your inquiries right away and is very professional and friendly! Highly recommend it!! "

"The apartment itself is nice but cleanliness is non existent and i has to clean myself. The flat is a heat trap and guest experience from Kukun does not care. The air con unit does not work and you have 34degreed centigrades throughout the day. Completely unacceptable when they describe it as a luxury apartment"
