Communication / checkin was fine, with no problems. Everything worked as it should inside the apartment. Italian VRBOs tend to be a bit more bare than those in the United States, but linens, bedding, and toilet paper were provided. We didn't cook but I noticed there were dishes and utensils. Overall it was a great stay!"
