"When we got to property the beds had been slept in and dirty towels in each room. Contacted property manger his response was they'll refund cleaning fee and clean property next morning. We were only staying the one night so this did not help our situation at all. Contacted Vrbo told them situation, sent pictures and asked for refund. At this time still have not received a refund."

"The lake home has tons of natural light and we loved watching the many beautiful geese. The house is situated in a safe and lovely neighborhood. It’s a great area to take a quiet morning or afternoon walk. The open living room area is a great place for families. Our teens loved the board games and puzzle provided for guests.
