The unit is on the ground floor with an outside door. Traffic noise can be heard inside during peak travel times and when cars race down the main road behind the complex. The apartments are inside like a hotel, as you walk down the hall after you get off the elevator the smell of Marijuana was so strong. There were two little boys who played kick ball is the inclosed hallway kicking the ball at the walls so loudly I had to ask them to please be a little quieter they also had hoverboards that they were riding up and down the halls screaming and playing. The grounds were beautiful, neighbors were nice and quiet, and the property is in a very clean, safe area of town.
