"Perfectly situated on the coast in Budoni, this is a great little find and we will definitely return. Staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with very comfortable king size bed. The breakfast wasn't terrific, but it did the job. On any given of our 5 days, at least one of the coffee machines were broken, so this was a little annoying. Most of all, we loved the dinner options. Lunch and dinner food was particularly good. "

"We had a really enjoyable holiday at Sa Prata, liking how the resort was small and had character. The individual "houses" in which the rooms are were lovely and kept very clean. The location, a short walk down to the local beach was almost perfect for us (would have benefitted from the use of a car though you can get your way around a bit on local buses) and the view of the sea from the hotel was beautiful, especially at sunset. "We had a warm welcome by the staff upon arrival and they spoke very good English. The food that we had in the in house restaurant was brilliant with loads of options and even recommendation. We received free little appetisers during our meal from the chef. The facilities were very broad inc swimming pool, gym, pool table, free reading material etc. The only negative I could possibly think of would be our door surround/frame was a little loose meaning it was noisier for us to close our door...

We were told to turn it on and wait but we woke up many times in the night in sweat. Even kept the blackout shades down in the day, but it didn’t help. "First impressions are very much 'oh dear', this ain't no 4 star and no it's not. But you'll probably get used to it and have a nice holiday anyway. So reflect that you get what you pay for and you'll be ok. It's such a shame that no-one really cares, because it could be so much better. It's away from other hotels, has a massive beach nearby, a nice town to walk to and some decent facilities...pool, bikes, tennis. But it's not hard to see the flaws...the broken loungers dumped all round the...

"The place was quit big and nice, but it was a drive from the beach and very hot! Since there was no aircondition (that we knew) and not even a fan in the bedra om, it became very difficult to sleeping. Overall an OK place to stay."

Beautiful villa in a great location on ede of Budoni

"Amazing villa with everything covered for 4 people stay. Pool was a great size and the location great for supermarket and 2 great restaurants. Could even walk to a beach! Francesca was a perfect host and and the check in and check out process with her cleaner was also personal and flexible. Would go again even for a weekend ! Fabulous beach beach! "

Amazing villa

"We had wonderful time in there. The house is very clean, the check-in process was easy, the lady was waiting for us even that we were very late (has serious problems with car rental company). The "rental" of sheets and towels is kind of unusual. I wish the price was simply included in the rental. Do people really fly with the full set of sheets and towels? :) The first day we had a problem with small ants everywhere in the kitchen. The lady came quick and solved the problem permanently. I thought it's not very clear from the description, but the A/C is only in the living room and master bedroom. It created small problem for us - I had to switch bedroom with my daughter. Other than that everything was perfect. There was beach umbrella and mats for us to use. It was very close to several beaches. The view from the patio is amazing! Highly recommend!"

Amazing holiday

"We loved our stay in Villa Luca, a real gem of a property. The house is so cleverly built - the inside space is perfect and compact, and then that gorgeous shady veranda and absolutely stunning pool, where we spent most of our week. Communication with Francesca was excellent - she always replied super fast and when we had small issues (with ants and pool water) she arranged for people to come and sort them out within half an hour. There isn't much in the local village - although the supermarket was surprisingly big and perfect for our needs, and we enjoyed trying out the different pizzerias (our favourite was the Rosso Pomodoro). We decided it was a bit too hot to attempt walking to the beach but drove to some nice ones - we found that heading to the beach in the evening was a good plan as the crowds were going home and the temperature was milder."
