"Property was right across from the base of the mountain. 3-5 minute walk in boots to the gondola. Restaurants and convenience store in the same area. Condo is a pretty basic studio...no complaints. It was great having indoor parking on the ground floor. We just left our skis/poles in our car, but I think there is a ski locker. Overall perfect for my daughter and I to get in a quick two day ski trip."

"The apartment on Pearl Street was perfect for my stay in Boulder. The location is incredible. It is walkable to shops and restaurants on Pearl Street and very close to trail access at People's Crossing. The apartment had everything needed for a great multi-night stay. The kitchen was equipped with all of the necessities (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) plus a good size fridge/freezer. There is even a washing machine if you were to need it for a longer stay. "We liked that it was right in the heart of the resort. It was quite. The hot tub and pool are under construction, which was fine. No problem for our stay. The parking garage was confusing. The reservation code wasn't working. Spoke with several people for assistance, and they couldn't help us, so We called the call button to get in and out. Apartment was comfortable and all I needed for a short stay with no need to cook myself, although there is a small fridge, microwave, and tea kettle if needed. Great outdoor space for soaking up some CO sun. Beautiful gardens. Really great. "

The owner called me to let me know that I might be flying into a snow storm which I really appreciated.
