I kept that booking, but I tried to avoid issues this time by booking last minute. Unfortunately the Guide cancelled due to health issues the day after booking this one. It was non-refundable, but I am thankful that Kelly was willing to work with me and change the dates. Otherwise, I would have had to come up on my own and do the best I could without guidance. "If you want to go to a diagusting neighborhood then this is your place. We felt so unsafe we didn’t even stay there. We got a hotel. It is that bad. As nice as the inside is, the outside and neighborhood will have you running. Music blasting stinks of weed homeless people all over. Do not book this place. The owner didn’t even refund us our cleaning fee. Trust me STAY AWAY."

"Property is very nice but as soon as we arrived we noticed a disgusting smell coming from the running water (smelled like rotting eggs). Told the owner who clearly didnt think it was that bad or urgent because she didnt bother calling a plumber during the 4 days we were there. Outside of that, there were no major issues but it was not fun showering in "egg salad" water the entire stay. Asked host for a small credit to which she responded "I expected more of u". So theres that."
