We had to consistently rely on the staff to help us navigate their online check-in app. Would be much easier and faster if the staff could just do this rather than forcing people to try and use their application. "Pool area was beautiful, breakfast was abundant and delicious. The room was a little small by USA standards, but large by EU standards. I would have appreciated a coffee maker in the room, but coffee was ready by 6:30am each morning, so it wasn’t a big deal."
