All the staff we encountered were super friendly and professional. We especially enjoyed the bar and restaurant area because it is also literally in the shopping mall that it shares its name with. "We, had some date changes & this was no problem, they accept without issue, then we found we had left an important document in the left luggage at the hotel, we were on another island, it was no problem they arranged a security team to open the luggage & email the documents to us , again without any problems, the staff at the hotel are all magnificent, as this why we will stay at this hotel always when in Cebu , on this trip of 8 weeks , we will return 4 times , it’s simply the BEST, thank you to the Team at Quest Cebu "
