My room was clean and comfortable, with nice amenities. In addition, the surrounding area was really convenient for sightseeing and walking through downtown Cardiff."

Both went above and beyond within 5 minutes of our arrival; we were able to check-in a bit early, and I thought I had left my credit cards at a nearby pub and Sarah was on the phone immediately to help me retrieve them.
