"Staff and property excellent"

"It’s in a prime location where the malls like SM aura, Ayala mall, Uptown mall and other businesses are walkable or very close to the hotel. It’s in the heart of BGC area. The room we stayed can comfortably accomodate 3 adult persons not 4 which they clearly advertise. It’s a one year old hotel, so everything still looks great, AC is in a perfect condition, room not only looks clean but also smells good. We didn’t try their breakfast, so I can’t say anything about it. Staff are diligent to assist and hospitable. I’ll be staying again if I’m back in BGC area. "

"I usually stay here and it’s always been excellent from the staff to the location and the amenities. They added a bulk laundry service of P1000 for up to 4 kilos which is way better than a normal hotel laundry service. They also have new shampoo and soaps that are wonderful. I always recommend people upgrade and get the club level access for your own location for breakfast, tea time & cocktail hour."
