"The host, Edi, is a delight. Gave us a warm welcome and introduction to the city. He indicated great place to eat/grocery shop, all in walking distance; as well as touristic recommendations. We were able to leave our luggage in the gated courtyard until our departure. This establishment receives our highest recommendation."

"My short stay here was perfect. The proprietor went out of her way to accommodate me and make me feel at home. The location is a short walk from restaurants and the walled city. I would totally recommend Villa Anica for anyone traveling to Dubrovnik!"

"The property was extremely well kept. It was close enough to Old Town and in a great location. The contact was extremely responsive and provided great information that made accessing the property super easy. The only complaint, if any, is that the bathroom is very tight. Not a real problem for us, however those that want a little more space may be a little disappointed with the bathroom. Overall I give our stays 4.5/5 stars. "

"My wife and I are in agreement that we have never stayed in nor will we ever find another vacation property that clean. Not a speck of dirt or mold to be found. Sheets, blankets, glasses, bathrooms impeccably clean. The location is steps from the busy Pile Gate, yet it's quiet at the property. The pictures do not do the terrace views justice. Absolutely stunning!"

"The location is perfect - just by the old town (but not in it, meaning its more calm and quiet) and with an incredible view out the window. The apartment is small but we did not need anything more for our stay. Neno was a fantastic host, meeting us for our late arrival and giving us lots of tips for Dubrovnik. "Location was really good, 10 mins walk down hill to old town and bus back up for €2. Very accommodating with dietary needs beautiful breakfast on the terrace. Lovely big superior rooms 5star, extremely comfortable beds, mini fridge and excellent air conditioning. Excellent host plenty of treats and towels even left a birthday treat for me. Will recommend and stay again. Thank you!"

"Great location, no parking at all, the owner directed us to the public paid parking, (about $23 for 24 hours), half an hour walk from the apartment. Location hard to find, no front desk, i had to look around for someone to let us in"

"We enjoyed our stay. Our host did not speak much English, but we managed to get by by using hand gestures. The property was conveniently located on the main road, as a result, it can be noisy with passing cars when we opened the windows. If the windows could open out, it would have been an added bonus as the view from the flat looks directly onto one of the gates to the City wall. Overall, it was a comfortable stay."

"Truly perfect location within the city walls. Short walk with luggage, so that was no an issue. The property itself has only stairs, no elevator, but that was once again, not an issue. Recommendation - because the location is phenomenal, make sure to walk the walls as soon as they open. Wonderful property. "

"This is the off season in early march so they are still preparing the property for summer so the out door pool was closed but witch dose not mater because it’s cold out side. But the breakfast buffet is excellent and the staff are very helpful and professional. Overall a great stay I would love to stay here in the summer some time"

A wonderful hotel

"A wonderful hotel in a breathtaking location. We chose a sea view and wow, what a view - breathtaking. All staff were friendly and helpful, we chose underground parking for 10 euro/night, but there was on street parking available. Our suite was lovely, spacious snd spotless with two bathrooms and a kitchenette. We had a living room and a huge bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The gym is well appointed and the indoor swimming pool is lovely - we were there in Winter. Breakfast provided huge variety and was tasty.We had a great stay."
