"liked nothing about the hotel. front desk service is very aggressive and threatening to " will get you out of hotel" for complaining about their service. very uncomfortable attitude. very inconvenient to get to your room . AC mediocre, bathrooms horrible. food and restaurant staff were ok . most people we met in crete ( except for people at front desk) were pretty nice. no reason to stay there , plenty of other good hotels around "

Es standen auch jede Menge Handtücher, Tischdecken, Bettzeug, Toilettenpapier, Reinigungsmittel bis hin zu einem Erste-Hilfe-Set zur Verfügung...perfekt. (Nur schade, dass kein persönlicher Kontakt mit der Vermieter-Familie zustande kam...lediglich per WhatsApp, auch bei der Anreise). Nous avons été informés de cette annulation par Abritel, sans même un mot d’excuse du propriétaire. Il était 18h30 et il nous a fallu trouver d’urgence une autre solution d’hébergement. Je ne recommande pas cette location."

"Beautiful property! Peaceful feeling. Breakfast and Dinner included. Food was amazing. Service was great. The staff was amazing and fun! Only down side was many of the amenities in the kitchen area did not work. For example the tea kettle didn't work and the fridge shut off when the key was removed for the electric. "
