"This property is elegantly beautiful. The staff was exceptional especially Elena who runs the front desk. She seems to work around the clock and she is the most friendly, gracious & most accommodating to all of her guests. Me and my husband felt like we were her only guests by the way she attended to us. "Everything is amazing in the hotel it is very suitable for families there is good service and great food, everywhere you go in the hotel the staff are very understanding and kind. "Overall it was great value for money and beautiful views from the balcony. Staff were welcoming. The room had good interior decor however we felt there needed to be further renovations to the hotel. It was quite noisy in the room from the main road traffic. The pool side area was very nice with great views. The beach was a bit unclean with cigarette ends etc but cannot always be helped I know. The breakfast was ok but the cooked produce could be improved as appeared dried out and unappetising....

"The hotel is beautifully designed and maintained. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The location was quite a shock as the hotel is situated in a 2 km stretch of restaurants, souvenir shops, and noisy clubs across from the beach. We would have preferred a quaint setting in the Old Town."

"We had a great apartment which was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The hotel is well located, and has several swimming pools, super gardens and very friendly staff. Our special thanks to Michalis in the restaurant, who used to look after our special dietary requirements and brought fresh pies to our table every breakfast time. "arrived in a heatwave at midnight, The premises need a number on the door as the rest of the premises nearby are local The interior walls were insanely hot and needed 3 hours of air conditioning before we could sleep. Welcome pack with water food and Raki was nice. Unfortunately I found three leech like worms in the bedroom which further inhibited sleep, although the beds were comfortable.
