"We had a wonderful holiday. The house is very clean and pool was so warm. Stephanie was brilliant, always at the end of the phone to help. The views are beautiful from the terrace. We were 2 family’s staying and there was definitely enough space for us all. The town is very lively lots going on in the evenings, we were lucky to go down both evenings where a live band was playing in the harbour. The aircon "

"We are tennis fanatics so it was lovely to have a private court in good condition in the grounds. Played every day. Nice pool to cool off. Villa was spotless and spacious and all the appliances worked. Be aware that towels are not provided. Dealing with Vrbo was not easy. We needed to talk to them about a French legal requirement for liability insurance and the only contact number I could find was a USA premium rate line. Cost me £35 for a 7 minute conversation and they failed to call me back...

"We enjoyed our vacation at the property. Everything was as expected and the location, amenities, and cleanliness was top notch. There is some room for improvement with the quality of the mattresses as we found them uncomfortable. A later checkout time would be beneficial to request if/when possible."

"A fabulous spacious villa in a great location with lovely comfortable areas to use, both inside and outside. All the rooms and bathrooms are beautifully decorated, tastefully furnished and it’s very well equipped throughout, especially the kitchen. Mme Torres was an excellent host and was so helpful in making sure we had an enjoyable stay - we would love to visit again! Definitely recommend."

"A great villa, very well furnished especially the outside space around a fabulous pool. The property is an excellent size for a family with a great range of equipment. The location is extremely quiet but easy access to the local village of Flayosc which had lovely square and far more restaurants than I thought it would have. We had an amazing time and loved the Villa."

"This property is located in a great part of St-Tropez that offered access to everything. A walkable distance to the village, port, and shops. The property itself was very spacious and updated nicely. The hosts and property manager were very commUnicative. I would highly consider staying again."

"Beautiful villa in a lovely location with the nearest town of Gien only a couple of minutes drive or a short 10 minute walk. Walking distance to beach too. Villa was very clean and offered plenty of space and the garden and pool was lovely with loungers, table and chairs for outdoor dining. Kitchen had all the basics you needed for a holiday and the bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and one bathroom also had a bath. Social lounge area with TV. The only negative was the lack of WIFI. Would...
