"Good size for 4 couples, although lack of ensuite toilets to all 3 main bedrooms a bit of a let down. Spacious, bright, airy property of a modern design, but the décor is looking a bit tired. Surprised that no equipment instruction manuals were provided, they are normally. Had trouble with dishwasher and were not aware of the blinds at each window. Great swimming pool and outdoor living area, although little used in October. When large group / couples staying more access keys would be useful....

"A lovely villa. Clean, comfortable and friendly check in. Very well equipped kitchen. The view is breathtaking. Take a laptop if you want to watch something that needs downloading. Very dog friendly with fenced garden. Everything is provided, extra blankets, ping pong, bicycles, dads, loo rolls, washing up liquid, really all you could want. We had two 20 year olds with us and they really enjoyed the boat daytrip we organised and the local market. Recommended."

"It started with the communication that bedding and towels needed to be rented separately per person. "We were a family gathering of 15 persons - 10 adults and 5 children. The accommodations were exactly perfect for this combination. Five bedroom for each couple; some with ensuites and some with shared bathroom and one large room for 5 children (bunk bed with a trundle & 2 twin beds). The basement has 4 bedrooms (including children's room with air conditioning and walk out patio to the pool. There was a barrier between patio and pool that we were provided with to add protection for 2 year old...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Minna and Fredericks villa. We have two young children and the villa was perfect for our needs, also we didn’t want a pool and the outside area is safe. The area is quite and the beds comfortable. Each bedroom has aircon which helped. The villa also has toys and beach gear which was a big help with the kids and helped avoid paying for loungers on the beach. We had a great stay!"

"This is my second time staying at Villa Primerose. This visit was with family including two teenagers. The property is well appointed with all the amenities of home but with an absolutely stunning view over the Gulf of St. Tropez. The kitchen encourages elaborate family meals and there are a choice if seating areas to choose from which makes cocktail time at sunset a rather fun decision.
