"Terrible experience. Terrible customer care. The hotel was shut and they refused to refund me. We (my wife and my 4 year old child) arrived at the location and the gate was shut. The nice lady who was at the hotel (we were unable to speak to her in the local language) did not let us through the gate then called someone who told me that the hotel was under refurbishment hence shut. "Lovely place to stay, amazing location right next to the beach. Breakfast was included hiwever it would of been nice to have a choice rather than just egg but it was ok. Really quiet in september so made it even better. Staff helpful and lovely. Thank you!"

"The location, view and swimming pool were magnificent. The accomodation had however some smaller issues such as electiricity outage (short), water pressure issue and loud airco but all issues were solved rapidly by staff so we could further enjoy our stay. "
