This is our favorite place to stay when we come to Pigeon Forge. Their breakfast tops everyones by a mile. It is easy and quick to anything around. Always convenient and the staff has always been great to us.

The location of the property was great. Stayed Saturday night and Sunday night. Arrived a little earlier than expected Saturday and the staff was great, asked if there was a way to check in early and they had us in a room by 2pm when check in wasn’t until 4. This was the only good thing about our stay here. Sunday morning at 6:40AM was woke up to blaring music by the baseball fields next door so loud you would have thought it was coming from the tv in the room. Terrible way to wake up on vacation. The room was clean but smelled terrible of bleach/ mold. Come to find out that there is no exhaust fan in the room and the window is sealed shut, this made our entire stay soaking wet, upon getting home and unpacking we found that all of our clothes/ bags are soaking wet from the moisture in the room. Made it very hard to sleep not to mention when you finally got to sleep the next door neighbors at the baseball field made sure you were wide awake before the sun was even up. I mentioned something to the staff about the room being wet and the awful music in the morning and they did not seem surprised about either thing. Also the pillows seem to be completely wore out despite the hotel being pretty new, the bed was hard as a rock. Will not be staying here again and would not recommend anybody else to either!

Really bad staff, attitude, playing mind games, and never smiling, over the whole week. Gave us a horrible room when called on the attitude. Bed make very loud noise even for small motion. Aircon super noisy, and fridge super noisy. Guess he also tried badly to make it worse by putting near lift, but lift noise didnt come in. Really sad because had a great stay before here. In 3 months, look like complete staff turn over.
