"Very clean and updated property. The staff were very professional and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection of fresh fruit, pastries, and eggs. The dining area is literally an art museum. The shower was incredible. Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again."

"I stayed in a small but clean and comfortable single room, which had everything I needed for my 3 night stay, including a good shower! Location is perfect for exploring historic Perugia. Chiara could not have been more welcoming and helpful before, during and even after my stay. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you :)"

"I booked and arrived at the property very late after a long drive from Rome, ~8pm. Michaela (hope I spelt correctly!) was extremely helpful, pleasant and accommodating as I arrived tired and dishevelled! Parking is provided. Breakfast is provided. Aircon included. Rooms were clean, spacious and soundproofed (in the hall I could hear Italians debating loudly - in the room I heard nothing. Room was large. Bed was large. Bathroom was spacious and very clean. "The Bank Hotel is u dear renovation in the corridors, but the room was modern and amazing . Lots of nice extra touches, slippers, robes and samples . The only downside is the wi Dow faces the square which was noisy at night with university students. We had to go to the sister hotel for breakfast which was continental. The staff at breakfast were a bit snappy and bossy , but receptionists were lovely . "

"This property was amazing and fit our needs perfectly. We had 22 people and each group had their own area but we gathered daily in the main dining area. We grilled out, had a chef come and fix us dinner and several days of pit luck. Daily trips to the surrounding hilltop towns of Todi, Orvieto, Spello, Sienna, and Florence one day. You definitely need a car but that gave all of us options. We rented in Perugia and others chose to rent cars in Rome and Sorrento. The property is well maintained and we felt like we were in a very special place. Beautiful sunsets and many outdoor seating areas. You have to put Favola Umbria on your list! It gave us all the quiet and peace we wanted after being in the bigger Italian cities. "

Luxurious Country Villa, large private pool & professional kitchen, near Perugia

Country villa experience

"The villa is well equipped and very spacious. The suites are large and comfortable. The grounds and pool area are tended to frequently. We went for wine tasting and there are so many close by ( some 5 to 10 minutes away) even our furthest was about a 40 minute drive. I would certainly stay here again."
