"My family and I just returned from an absolutely wonderful stay at Ferme de Pontaly! Cécile and Alexandre are fantastic hosts - always available to answer all of your questions and making sure you are always comfortable. We live in a busy suburb of Washington DC and it was nice to get away and relax in the French countryside. We enjoyed waking up every morning to the sound of chickens and horses. "I stayed here three nights with my two children. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The two kids were able to share the sofa bed fairly comfortably (they are 9 and 10) lengthwise across the bed. We were on the top floor and had a partial view of the Eiffel Tower which was wonderful to see at night. "Very unique and authentic French hotel. Lovely staff who are always smiling and friendly. Loved the 24/7 desk as you felt really safe. Nice area with lots of cafes near by. So easy to access the metro around Paris. My only suggestion is a fridge in the room for our food and water, also a kettle would have been nice. However, you can get fresh hot water from coffee machine downstairs. We loved our stay and would definitely come back. "
