"When we arrived (girlfriend and 4 year old daughter), we were greeted by friendly staff which was great and at first glance the room/hotel was also great. There were a few let downs but we did not argue/complain as the cost was relatively cheap and we are generally easy going people. Im afraid the worst bit for us was the beds & pillows - they were extremely firm and did not give a good night sleep at all. I hate to say but towards the end of the holiday, I dreaded going to bed. "Everything was good, comfy bed good water pressure in the shower, friendly service. The only thing that could be improved is soundproofing, noice from the street can be heard even with closed windows. On the other side it's small town and gets quiet early."

"Clean tidy great stopover for ferry and staff spoke English and pleasant. Lounge area good. Could do with mirror in bedroom and extractor but did have window. Would stay again."
