"This property exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and it was huge, with lovely views of the river, mountains and stadium. The location is very convenient, walking distance to the Cowboys leagues club and stadium which was the purpose of our trip. There are options within walking distance for dining, takeaway and groceries. Check in and check out was very easy also. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Townsville. "

"Great views and unit met all of our needs. Would’ve given a 5, but wi-fi was very poor and only worked in main areas of apartment, and facility was very frugal on amenities like toilet paper, detergent, soap, tissues and towels. Purchased these items but didn’t want to leave when we left since they probably wouldn’t be left for next inhabitant. "

"Our room was great and the staff were friendly and provided excellent communication. The property was within a 2 minute walk from the ferry terminal. Our room had a good size balcony for pm drinks and we could watch the ferries come and go. The property has 4 pools, but for us the best was in block 1 the same as our room. This pool had more sunshine than the others which could be shaded much of the day or windy. The roof top in block 1 was mostly sunny. "

"This is a fantastic resort. Whilst it's a little bit older, the rooms are open and spacious. The bed and pillow super comfortable and the property offers great value for money at a convenient location to the beach, restaurants and marina. Jennie was the manager and our point of contact. Super friendly and knowledgeable about the island, and a real joy to interact with. "

"Great location overlooking the marina, we spent most of our time on the veranda enjoying the activity below. The ferry was noisy at first but we got used to that. The floors are very stained and dirty making the space feel unclean, the cleaners came through and did a tidy without actually cleaning."

"This fantastic house was everything we hoped. Lots of space for 9 adults, two children under 6 years of age and 1 baby. The swimming pool was well used (although a bit chilly for us) and the tables on the upstairs veranda could easily fit us all. Amenities are as described but you will need to take all your own food requirements, cooking oil, paper towel, condiments, etc as well as laundry powder for the washing machine.
