By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all house rules outlined in our listing and rental agreement. For your convenience, here is a reiteration of the rules:
Check-In Time: 5 PM
Check-Out Time: 10 AM
- Check-In/Check-Out: Standard check-in is after 5 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. For early check-in or late check-out, request at least 24 hours in advance and pay $35 through the Airbnb platform for approval.
- No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the home. A $1000 fee will be charged for cleaning if this rule is violated.
- Shoes: Please remove shoes at the door before entering the home.
- Missing/Damaged Items: Charges for missing or damaged items will be billed at retail costs through the Airbnb portal.
- Noise & Parties: No parties or excessive noise. Complaints from neighbors may result in eviction without a refund. Maximum occupancy is 8 people.
- Quiet Hours: Observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Unauthorized Guests: Any unauthorized guests will incur a $100/guest/night fee.
- Cleaning: The cleaning fee covers pre-stay cleaning. If the home is not left reasonably clean, an additional cleaning fee may be charged based on the cleanup time. Please dispose of trash and return items to their original places. There will be an additional cleaning free of $50 / pet.
- Drain Use: Do not wash hair down the drains.
- Reporting: Report any cleaning issues or concerns within a reasonable time after check-in for prompt resolution.
- Liability: By booking, you agree not to hold us liable for any injuries, lost items, or accidents occurring on the property.
- Basic amenities (e.g., hand soap, toilet paper) are provided. Additional supplies, especially for long stays, must be purchased independently.
- Construction in the community may be ongoing, but it should not affect your unit.
- Video surveillance is in place outside the home and in the garage only.
