"The lodge was in a lovely position and spotlessly clean, but it was very cold on arrival and we struggled to understand instructions for heating. No welcome pack apart from some sachets of tea and coffee with biscuits but 3 sachets of milk was not enough for 2 cups of tea! "This property was fit for purpose for our two-night stay. Lovely setting with the exception of the main road close by. Comfortable lodge though wouldn’t necessarily describe it as ‘luxury.’"

"We booked the micro cabin for 2 adults and 2 kids, in the description they say the sofa was a pull out this is not the case it's a sofa where you click the back down and it was certainly not big enough for our 2 children. The place was not cleaned properly, which was disappointing and the amount of flies we had to put up with in the cabin was horrendous. The small window to the bedroom area was cracked which I would think should be repaired. For you you pay it was definitely disappointing."
