"We stayed at this boutique hotel for 2 nights and absolutely would return. It is in a great location, the staff is very friendly, and they offer a light continental breakfast that is included. It is steps away from dining and the boat ferry. It was a great day to jump on the ferry to montorosso to do some exploring and work our way back via the ferry to other stops along the way. The scenery of this region is spectacular. Great hiking opportunities as well. "

"Great location! Amazing customer service!! They went above and beyond any place we've ever stayed at before. They met us at the train station to bring us to our room and when we were running late the next day they headed to the train station to help us get to where we needed to go on time. The room was very comfortable with a nice hot shower and good water pressure. Very impressed that they had recycling bins in the room. We highly recommend this hotel! "

Directly following that experience we arrived at your hotel 2:30 am in the morning . "The location of this hotel is very convenient to the train station, restaurants and some shopping. The instructions to check in were very easy to understand and follow. The main doors into the building were amazing. When we walked through the courtyard, it felt a little sketchy… kind of worn down and in disrepair. However when we got to the block of rooms run by Cinque Terra Gateway, it was very nicely remodeled and extremely clean. Overall, it was a great stay."
